Ritual Book

The Touch Library is the book I wish I’d had when I began my healing journey. I went to therapy; I knew all the vocabulary. But whenever my nervous system spiraled, words didn’t help. What I needed was touch. A way to get out of my head and into my body; something I could provide for myself.

That’s how I designed the exercises in this book. They can be practiced alone or with a partner, and include accommodations for diverse minds, bodies, and relationships. The Touch Library offers an array of options to reconnect with the most important person in your life: you.
