Ritual Book

The Touch Library is the book I wish I’d had when I began my healing journey. I went to therapy; I knew all the vocabulary. But whenever my nervous system spiraled, words didn’t help. What I needed was touch. A way to get out of my head and into my body; something I could provide for myself.

That’s how I designed the exercises in this book. They can be practiced alone or with a partner, and include accommodations for diverse minds, bodies, and relationships. Along with Elaine Siemek’s stunning photographs and inspirational messages, The Touch Library offers an array of options to reconnect with the most important person in your life: you.
